I understand that cheerleading and related activities involve risk of injury. By allowing my child to participate in the Campbell High School Mini Cheerleading Clinic, I release Campbell High School, its staff and volunteers from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur. I confirm that my child is physically able to participate and give permission for medical treatment if needed.
